What to convert to?

Hi all.

I'm wanting to put some music videos on my website. They are all around 5-6 mins long at 60MB. (AVI).

I will be playing them with a Windows Media plugin, whats the best format/bitrate to convert to?

I am using SUPER to convert.

you could try converting to WMV and see what file size they come out at

I'm not 100% sure but I think there may be setting in windows movie maker to save movies for the web as 56K and cable etc.

*nods* There is. Mighty useful if you want to use WMV, that is... FLV is another option.... google it..
