Ok guys

I bought the 4000+ yesterday and it came this morning, thank you for that btw. But to my horror upon inspecting the cpu before placing it in my pc, i noticed it had couple bent pins and 1 missing pin in the top left hand corner of the cpu opposite to the gold arrow. Now ive always had quality goods from Ocuk and i have to admit in all the years ive bought stuff from here this is the first bad product ive received. So what do i have to do now. I want to get a replacement as fast as possible but i have no idea of how to go about doing it.
 
From what I can see there is no physical damage to the packaging and it was sealed well. I think it must have either got damaged while being packaged or before. Say how long you think its gonna be before I can get a replacement as I have already sold my A64 3000+ and hes coming to pick it up next tuesday. As for phoning them up, i called them just as they closed so its gonna be tomorrow morning now.
 
I knew my luck wasnt going to last.. ive had nothing but good luck this month... even my isp gave me 2 free months because i accidentally hit the cancel button when phoning them. But why my new cpu.......it was an innocent.........IT WAS INNOCENT DAMN YOU!!!
