ok i dropped my current laptop (family pc for web nothing more, Fujitsu S7010D) case has slight crack now but seems to work fine sometimes doesnt come out of sleep tho do you think its worth keeping or would you sell it off?

What's the spec? If it still works I'd just keep it, you'd have to sell it as damaged which never goes down well. (for your wallet)
