what to do if you can't find a windows 7 64bit driver?

i've contacted the company sweex, for a windows 7 64 driver for my sweex lw057 pci wireless card, but they say they don't have one.

tried google and various forums, do i really have to purchase a new wireless card just to use windows 7 ?
