Could anyone tell me if your X360 breaks down while still under the manufactrers 1yr warranty do you contact the retailer where you bought the console from or do you contact microsoft themselves about repairing or a replacement?
I plan on also getting the microsoft service contract which gives you an extra 2yrs protection,
so i assume that if the 360 breaks down during the first year while under the 1yr warranty i contact
the retailer where i bought the console from and after the 1yr warranty has expired i contact microsoft a
bout a possible repair or replacement?
