I have recently setup a website with Veloxserv, but now i dont know how to deisgn or setup the actual website

upload the files to the server? point to domain? hope for the best?

log into your ftp for the web-space, upload an index.htm file with your site on?

Do you know how to build a website? It's a little easier to get the FTP details for your host and upload all the files that way. Suggest you go over to HTML, Graphics and Programming topic.
