What to do with 2nd hand 360?

Title possibly mis-leading, but im looking to sell my 360 and obviously have my profile etc on the HDD - is it a case of just deleting things?

Ive also got about 9 months of LIVE Gold sub left.... (is that refundable?) plus ive got a few games that i bought from the arcade (can someone have them, or do they die with the profile?)

AFAIK theres DRM on the downloads and theyre also locked to your gamer profile.

As for deleting the profile, just format the HDD. Depending on how you purchased your Live Sub refund may be an option if you used Credit Card.
