Prescott's may be hot, but they still thermal throttle at around 75-80 degrees, and as soon as they throttle, they cool down fast.

Remember the old toms hardware video, when they pull the heatsink off a P4 and it keeps on ticking, just really slow as it throttles down. Ok, that was a northwood, but all P4's throttle.

Ah yes the memories, Damn old amd's not throtlling, Lost a good 2500-m because of loose heatsink :mad:
