A friend of mine has recently jetted away on holiday - lucky him!

He's a vigorous Mac user but lacks a DVD writer and so he has given me a 2800MB .cdr file for me to burn for him.

I assume that .cdr is some form of imaging format, but I can find absolutely nothing that seems to be able to burn or even attempt to read the format that it's in. Does anyone have any experience of .cdr's, and knows what to do with them?

Thanks in advance

Yeah, I had a quick hunt around for .cdr and came up with that. I also managed to find that it's a format that a MAC can create as an image for a DVD. I've just no idea how to handle it or how to get it on a disc again.
