What to do with Chicken thighs? - Something nice and spicy?

Got lots of chicken Thighs stashed in the freezer that need eating, Only problem I have no idea what to do with them.

Got lots of herbs and spices etc and a well stocked cupboard.

Any fairly easy and nice suggestions anyone would recommend?
