Hi,

Bought some scotch bonnets because i love the flavour but have just realised i have no idea what to do with them. Anyone got any good recipes? I have the following in my kitchen at the minute:

Chicken
Beef Mince
Onions
Rice
Pasta
Chopped Tomatoes
Loads of different Flours, baking powder, yeast, milk
Mushrooms
Plum Tomatoes
Paprika, Cumin, Celery salt, basil, mixed herbs, ginger, oregano, back pepper, salt, soy sauce, white vinegar

Any help appreciated

Cheers Rhys

Cheers for the ideas

Stuff them with soft blue cheese and eat them as an appetiser.

I will just say this was amazing and incredibly lethal. Probably should have taken the seeds out!

Curried Mutton/Goat?

Will be giving this a go when i have bit more time, in middle of exam period at minute

Use them for making puerco pibil.

Great idea

Also i would love to grow chillis but got no room living in halls!
