What to do?

I've got in my possesion an AMD Athlon 64 CPU with an M-ATX Motherboard that they don't think is working (which is why they gave it to me) But I think it could be the 512mb of RAM thats not working. I've also got a Barracuda running at 7200 (160Gig), I've got the case but its a little ugly, I also have a Dell coming into my hands soon, what shall I do?

I've also got a 300W LiteOn PSU and no Graphics Card.

Why do you think it's the RAM at fault? Does the mobo bundle even post?

Not even tried. Got no power lead, going to try tomorrow as my sisters friends are coming round and everythings been put up out of reach of 5 year olds.
