With wanting the new Asus g-sync monitor, I will need an Nvidia card, I will go for something second hand tbh. Do I get a Titan Black/780ti or wait until the 880 comes out?

Grab 1 second hand 780 for now, wait for 800 series to see if more 780s appear at lower prices then get a 2nd for SLI?

Is it the 800 series that can enable dx12 features? If so, maybe worth considering?

I'm done with multi gpu setups tbh. My other 2 cards have been turned off for the last 6 months.

Titan Black & have the best of both worlds. Quick as the 780ti with plenty of Vram to boot.

+1 I'm done with dual GPU's as well.

Highly recommend the GTX 780 Ti, if you can grab one second hand or look out for good price, there are some about.

It's really powerful and runs cool and quiet. Def wouldn't regret getting a Ti, then just skip the first wave of Maxwell and replace your Ti with fuller fat Maxwell later on imho.

Get yourself a 780Classified, two decent ones on the MM. Complete with blocks.
