what to expect on bulldog with this stats

rite here are stats from my line currently in and operational

ReceiveAttenuation_dB= 42
ReceiveMargin_dB= 30
RxOutputPower_dBm= 0
SendAttenuation_dB= 25
SendMargin_dB= 28

having a new one put in for bulldog next week i know could be better or worse but on these figure what speeds could i expect

Within BTw qualification rules for 2Mbps. SNR margin's useless without current sync rate.
