So I have a new build and am wondering what sort of numbers I should be expecting when gaming.

I have just played metal gear solid for about an hour or so and had afterburner open while doing so.

Not sure how to put pics up but temps on GPU where upto mid 70s and GPU usage was upto 100 and back down again back up back down etc.

I know I have maybe little information here but being new to this I don't really understand any of it I just want to be sure my PC is not getting to hot etc while playing.

Thanks for any views and advice :o:o

Mid 70's is fine, usage could possibly be due to MGS having an fps cap, if performance is smooth in the game that's the main thing.

yeah performance seems fantastic to be honest but I am new to the pc gaming so got nothing to compare but it is definitely far better than console which I have gamed on.

Thanks for your replys so far

:)Best bit of advice I can give you is:

don't go looking for something unless you need to, otherwise you'll become a nut job like the rest of us.:D

Thanks guys I appreciate it, been a long time console gamer and always wanted to get a good gaming pc as had comps before but never good enough to run mainstream games so hoping and looking forward to playing a good few games on this rig. Will put some pics up when I work out how :)
