What to get a man who has everything?

My dad's 60th is just around the corner and my sister and i want to get him something nice. She thought of getting him a watch but can anyone suggest anything better? budget <1000

he goes to the far east on holiday all the time as he is retired - spends about 8-9 months away per year.

people who say an experience day instead of a gift, it would probably be a better idea. However it cant be anything to do with alcohol, drugs. Hiring him a supercar for the day is a waste of time as he already has a db9. A ride in a hot air balloon with me and my sis could be a gooden or similar.

he would probably enjoy that but he has a healthy sex life as it is. im sure my sis would not pay as well haha.
