what to get for my spec?

im after some operating system software and would like vista but unsure what i need 32bit or 64bit?

this is my spec if i got vista is it best to get the oem version of ocuk?

bfg8800gts 320mb
ocz 2 gig
gigabyte ds4

when building my pc should i just use the drivers that come in the box with the products and then once all running update them one by one?

or will there be problems with the vista and old drivers?

cheers the gigabyte ds4 has lots of drivers on there site how do i know which ones to download as there is different ds4 versions?
