If not I'd buy the OCUK 2GB kit and sell your existing kit. That way you won't loose out on performance by running your memory at 2T timings (required for four sticks of ram). If you have an early A64 you'll have to reduce it to DDR333 too for four sticks of ram to run stabily
If you have 1x1GB just get another single stick. There's no need to have 3GB of memory and you'll loose out on performance - no dual channel and 2T timings making your machine slower than with 2GB
If you buy another single stick they might not work together in dual channel mode which will mean that you'll loose performance. You could buy the 2x1GB kit and sell your existing memory
