What to get?

Hey, I'm looking at a matx build and need help to decide what to get;
will be used for photoshop, autocad and rendering mostly with some gaming.

Options that I can see are;
AMD 1055t x6 (~£150)
Intel i5 750 (~£150)
Intel i7 870 (~£220)

Thinking of the Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H for AMD at ~£85
Not sure what to go for, for 1156 though, would like usb3 ideally

Not going for 930 since motherboard prices are too high for me

If gaming isn't your focus then the X6 is probably your best bet.

Thanks for replying, I just thought with the price drop the 870 might be a good idea since it has 8 threads??
