What to make with Duck?

Hey guys

I have some duck that I'd like to cook tomorrow, what's a great and easy recipe that won't cost much in additional ingredients?

I can cook pretty well, just never cooked duck before so I'm not sure what to make

Beetroot or cherry sauce goes really well with duck.

Cherry sauce? That sounds like it could go really well with some properly made oven cut chips as well.
