What to make with Left over mince meat?

Hi all

Yesterday I made us Smash burgers and today I have the remaining Half of the pack of beef mince to use up, any ideas what nibbly bitesize food I could make using it? We've already had a large-ish meal today but need to use the mince

Dice some onion into a pan with a good amount of olive oil, cook for a few minutes. Half an oinion maybe.

Add the mince and cook on high heat until the meat is cooked through properly.

Add a tin of tomatoes and some herbs, I use Italian herb mix.

Cook until most of the water evaporates and add salt and pepper, I also add garlic sometimes.

Boil pasta and add to the mix, I use linguine pasta.

Then plate up and grate a good amount of parmesan or other good cheese.

It takes me 20 minutes and turns out quite nice I think.

Mince pies hehe

This is a very serious issue. Which Victorian troll merchant decided mince pie filling should be called "mince meat"? It's caused years of confusion for me since I was like 4 years old and my gran was making "mince meat" for mince pies and I was like, what? We having burgers for Christmas or something? Even now when I see a jar of "mince meat" on the shelf at Asda I shake my head and go "there's no meat in that, wtf?"
