What to play ?

Well ive completed almost everything thats out atm, and am getting quite bored at home on these cold xmas evenings. So id like a new game to play; something with a good story line, quite long gameplay and enjoyable.

Ive completed and played the following recently;

Crysis, COD4, GOW, COH, COJ, HL2 EP2.

i dont get what every1's obsession with bioshock is its an over hyped corridor shooter

Because some people feel that a game doesn't have to be defined by how open ended it is. I for one love both the story and art design in the game, which really stands out amongst the crowd of "corridor shooters". Ill admit is has its flaws (and critics) but what game doesn't? God forbid someone should actually like a popular game...

On topic: Have you tried Stalker? Its a fun game if you can get it to work

Same as, Bioshock is class. From reading some posts, Bioshock, COD4, Half-life, Crysis and every other game ever, are all rubbish. You have to laugh.

I get the feeling some people rush through games just holding down 'w' and tapping left-click, and miss out on so many scenes. Seems to be a lot of competition to who can finish games the fastest and therefore be The Best (Yeah, well, I finished Bioshock in 27 minutes, and it was rubbish ) whereas, if you do that, you can miss out on so much of the game.

P.S. I would also recommend STALKER, although you can bet someone will tell you that it is, in fact, rubbish

people love to hate the things that are good, bioshock was awesome, although ive not touched it once since completing it, might have to do it again sometime, was lots of fun.
