What to run my Ballistix at...?

Hi all ive tryed 2 setting for my memory and the are as follows:

4-4-4-12 @ 840mhz 2.1v 5:6:

and

3-3-3-8 @ 700mhz 2.2v 1:1:

Now which do you think i will get a better gain from? Or is there anything better I should try for

Id go for the 2nd option and run 1:1 at the faster timings

Test it and see if any difference in games fps between the two.

Tryed 3DMark and the 3-3-3-8 makes a differance of 50 overall
