What to search for these?

I got hold of these things a year or two ago and cant find them.

I have searched ebay and google with no avail, there is a similar product on OCUK which is this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/pimg/CM-003-AK_400.jpg

I want to buy a pack of the cable tie type ones, but there is also a similar type which uses a closed loop where to slide the cable into.

I dunno what to search anymore to find them.

Indeed, cable tie mounts , Screwfix sell them.
