What to test Gfx stability

I'm currently going through overclokcing my 640mb GTS, and onwdering what program is best to use to test that its stable other than just playing agmes and looking for artifacts.
 
ATI Tool is very good not sure whether it works correctly with the GTs though. Im pretty sure it does.
 
I always use a mixture. AtiTool, 3dMark and rthdribl. Then i finish up with some actual gaming. Out of all of them though, AtiTool increases my core temps the most.
