What to upgrade First???

im looking to upgrade to the following:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4400+ (Socket 939) - Retail (ADA4400CDBOX) (CP-127-AM) £334.89
Asus A8N-E nForce4 Ultra (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-088-AS) £72.79
OcUK GeForce 7800GTX 256MB GDDR3 TV-Out/Dual DVI (PCI-Express) - Retail (GX-033-OK) £281.94
Hiper HPU-4K580-MK Type R 580W Modular ATX2.2 PSU - Black UV (CA-005-HP) £62.22
G.Skill 2GB DDR HZ PC4000 (2x1GB) CAS3 Dual Channel Kit (F1-4000USU2-2GBHZ) (MY-008-GS) £152.96

i'll be getting paid the 2nd week in march and will have about £450 to spend which should i buy first?

Current System in sig with a 480W Qtec psu atx1

Well the only upgrade i see in your list that will make any major difs is the motherboard and graphics card, the rest will have minimal impact in comparison.

wont i need the PSU to power the card? or do you get an adapter thing?

hi,

if you're looking to overclock any reason you havent gone for the dfi ultra d ?

if you're not looking to overclock have a look at the gskill 3200 as it has tighter timings.

on the psu spec you showed i'd go psu and memory first.

which is best? i dont really know how to overclock so i would be starting from scratch?
