Hi guys.
Currently have a A64 3000+ on an ASUS A8V Deluxe v2 motherboard with 1Gb of Corsair DDR400 RAM and a 6800 GFX card.
I'm running Vista which doesn't like my CPU or lack of RAM so I need to do a bit of an upgrade.
I'm strapped for cash so the upgrade needs to be done at a budget and one month at a time!
I want to stay with my S939 board and just upgrade the CPU to an X2 (probably going to go for the X2 3800+ and OC it for cheapness) and another 2GB RAM.
My question is, which should I upgrade first? It's not very important as I'll be upgrading both within the next few months but in the meantime will I notice more gains from upgrading the CPU first or vice versa?
