My specs are:

i7 3770 @ 4.1ghz
8x2GB @ 2000mhz
RX 570 @ 1400mhz

To get the most performance improvement in 1080p gaming for approx £350, should I:

Swap the 570 for an rx 5700
or
cpu/ram/mb for ryzen 3600 & 3200 ddr4?

Should be able to squeeze a bit more out of the 3770 I'd have thought. 4.3-4.4 should be attainable.

Maybe look at a 1660 Super? That's pegged as the "best" 1080p gaming card currently and will be a bit cheaper than your budget so you could plow some cash into delid kit and new cooler to get the i7 running sweeter?

Sell it all and get a second hand vega 56 and ryzen 3000 with 3200 ram and a b450 board

It's the non-K 3770 I've got - so wont be able to reach 4.5ghz. And if possible I'd prefer to just buy something new instead of 2nd hand. I was initially thinking chucking in new gpu would help but am unsure
