You can use that monitor with Nvidia 3D glasses, or just use the 120hz refresh rate to get more than 60fps you get from a normal screen so the frame rate is smoother with either a ATI or Nvidia card.

I wonder how much a second hand samsung syncmaster 2433 24inch is worth. Might sell current monitor and upgrade

quick google shop search, cheapest 2433bw i could find is about £220, have they become "elite" like the P2430H?

Your price will be for a new one and its a discontinued product so the price shoots up just like the GTX480 has.
