What To Upgrade / Make PC Quieter

I currently have £100 to spend on making my pc quieter and possibly upgrading. Its not too loud at the moment, however the quieter I can get it, the better!

Current Cooling:

Artic Freezer64 Pro
Antec SuperLanboy Case
2X Original Antec Fans
Artic Silencer on GFX

Current Spec:

AMD Athlon64 3500+ Newcastle
Asus A8V Deluxe Motherboard
2GB SuperTalent PC3200 DDR
36GB WD Raptor (Boot)
80GB Maxtor (Storage)
nVidia 6800GT 256MB
NEC 3540 DVDRW

Are the Akasa Ambers much quieter then the standard ones that came with this case?

Ok thanks for the advice. I think I will go with a new hard drive, since the 34GB is a little small now with all of my games & apps installed

I think the loudest fan could actually be my freezer64 pro, however im running the fan at 80% speed now which is a fair bit quieter, and it still keeps my cpu <50c under full load.
