What to upgrade next?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to upgrade my computer, its fairly decent but would like to update it. I have a 800D case that I will be downgrading to give better air flow so will OC my cpu to 4GHZ.

What else could I upgrade, I do college work, listen to music, play games such as (WoW, call of dutys, and want to play BF3). I am one of these people that like to play games maxed with a good amount of fps. I game on a rez of 1900 x 1200.

Not looking to spend like over £300.

i wouldnt bother with changing the case tbh. the 800D isnt great for airflow, but theres no point in spending £100 on another case when you have an 800D (unless your planning on selling the 800D)

what with the new cards due out in not too long? wouldn't it be better to go cheap 5850 if the mb can handel it?

i was thinking about that, but i wasnt sure if they had microstuttering issues. im pretty sure its the low end last gen cards that do (GTX 460/ATI 5850). the free games swung it tbh

oh, OcUK dont even have any 5850s left. didnt even realise. if you want to go down the 5850 route then 2nd hand is probably the best way
