Hi folks!

Been so happy with my purchase last Summer but thinking about upgrades in the nearish future. More that its my bday soon so I wanted to tack on something extra if worth it.

Have no real issues with anything at the moment, not expecting to ever play on high settings. Is there anything here thats worth upgrading yet and will make a huge difference?

This is my rig:

OCZ Agility 3 60GB 2.5" SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive - OS
SATA HDD - 250GB
6670 1024MB GDDR3 PCI-Express Graphics Card
MSI H61M-P31-G3 Intel H61
Intel Celeron G530 2.4GHz
OCZ CoreXtreme 500w '80 Plus'
Xigmatek Asgard Midi Tower Case
G.Skill RipJaw 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 PC3-10666C8 1333MHz
Samsung SH-S222BB/BEBE 22x DVD±RW SATA ReWriter
22 inch 1860x1050 monitor (fairly old but looks/works good still)

Other than gaming I do nothing more intensive than running linux for programming.

Cheers,
Aro

If the mobo allows it, another 4GB of ram.

can't see anything else, everything is sort of entry level so upgrading one thing or 2 would be illogical without upgrading a few things, like motherboard and cpu.

I would just hang fire if your current setup is running your games/app ok. The motherboard you have isn't really ideal for upgrading the cpu, and it only has SATA II and USB 2.0. Once haswell comes out the current gen should come down in price and you should get a better deal then.

thanks, might have to look at getting a new tv instead, currently sporting a 27 inch thing the size of an original mini, told the gf I would not be moving it ever again :-)

for all it costs for DDR3 now i would add an extra 4GIG, 8GIG is the standard now, i noticed a big difference when playing games with 8GIG than 4GIG
