What to upgrade too?

I have a gtx 260 896mb card now 3 yrs,I was thinking of upgrading,what would ye recommend?

heh I wish........outta my budget and it would more than likely bottle neck my processor.

Back again,quick question,If I went out and brought a gtx590,would it work ok with my processor? I have a Core 2 Quad Q9300 2.50GHz LGA775 FSB1333 6Mb,I fear the card might bottle neck the processor?

the card wouldn't bottle neck the processor, the processor will bottle neck the graphics card. you will need to overclock the the processor to 3ghz+.

what res are you playing at?

the 590 isn't worth it, better just get 2x 6950 2gb cheaper and faster.

Its either gonna be 1650x1080 or else 1920X1080 on my 24 inch hd tv

Well, I have a GTX260 which I run @ 1690x1050 (rig spec in sig) and tbh, thus far I don't feel the need to upgrade. COD Black Ops, F1 2010 etc etc etc all run superbly.

I'm going to see how BF3 runs on it then and only then will I seriously consider my upgrade, I'd advise you did the same tbh.

Oh, I run @ 1680x1050, not 1690 - typo....

You could always opt for a second GTX260 and run SLI?
