What to upgrade?

My bro wants a better PC, it's a Tiny PC but here is whats in it:

Athlon 64 3400+ (Skt 754)
MSI K8TM-ILSR (MS-6741)
Geforce FX 5200
2 x 256MB PC2700 DDR

He's started to get into games so wants to update his PC, but he's not that keen because hes only set aside £150 for the upgrade.

Because the Motherboard only has 2 slots, im thinking he needs to get a GIG of ram and a new AGP graphics card.

Can somebody please spec me the best upgrade?
