what to upgrade

Hi people, thinking of doing a bit of upgrading in the near future, but was wondering what would benefit my system the most, or, where the bottleneck is. Here's my specs:

C2D E6600 2.4Ghz
2GB 800Mhz Geil DDR2 RAM
BFG 8800 GTS 320MB OC2
520W corsair PSU
Gigabyte 965P-DS3 mobo
160GB HDD
Creative X-Fi fatal1ty edition

I'll spend £200-250 at the most probably. I have a 32bit OS

my monitor is 19" so max res of 1280*1024. Clocking ma chip seems like the cheapest option, can anyone recommend a good air cooler that will oc well? thanks.
