What to upgrade?

I currently have
Akasa Zen
Corsair 520W PSU
Gigabyte 965P DS3P motherboard
E4300 @ 2.7GHz.
4GB PC26400 ram
ATi HD4850.
500GB WDHDD (oldest component in PC)

Graphics, case, memory and PSU I think should be fine.

I use it mainly for gaming, but also home video editing, photo editing etc.

I think options for me are, faster HDD and/or faster CPU.
What are my options under a £100, and what are my options upto £200?
