what to upgrade ?

£200 budget for an upgrade, spec is as follows

Q6600 @ 3.0Ghz
8 gig 1333 kingston
asus GTX 560 Direct CU OCII
OCZ Modxstream 700w
NZXT Phantom
custom WC loop (Rather cheap components)

just upgraded the card from a gts 450 about 3 months ago, ssd sounds like a gd plan Stulid, thanks for link tamzzy

oh and lukieboy my board is a **** OC 3.0Ghz is all it will give

Get an SSD, whack your OS on it and a few games and see the improvement.

Or you could look to upgrade your CPU/mobo, but that'll probably cost more than £200.

Save the £200 towards a full CPU/mobo/RAM upgrade when you can afford it. Socket 775 stuff is getting old now.

Save up to get a i5 3570k, a Z77 motherboard and some RAM.
Should cost around £300.
