What to upgrade?

So i have got £250 to spend on upgrading my PC. My PC specs are in my sig except for my monitor which is a BENQ GW2265. I mainly play cs:go but also play some gta 5. The question is, should i upgrade my monitor to this:YOUR BASKET

I am getting an average of about 52 FPS while playing GTA V which is high enough for me. I will have some more money to spend on my PC later this year.

Treat yourself to a new monitor if thats what you want and upgrade your gpu later.
