What to upgrade ?

What resolution are you gaming at? Personally I wouldn't see any point upgrading right now but that's depending on what resolution your gaming at.
you CPU is fine you don't need to upgrade that really you'll see no improvement.
If i were you I'd hold out on a GPU upgrade till pascal. Maybe buy a better monitor that's g sync so even if you can't hold a constant 60fps in some games it'll make it seem like you are.

Pascal. whilst looking interesting, might not see the light of day until Q4 2016.
Buy the best card you can afford now. Unless new tech has been given an official release date that's a month or two away I'd not be worrying about it.
The key question, that's been asked already above, is what resolution are you gaming at?
Because if it's 1080p then any money burning a hole in your pocket might be better spent on a new monitor.

I'm gaming at 1080p but mostly on my tv because I don't have a desk atm ! I am finding some titles struggling at 1080p 60fps such as gta v witcher 3 and fallout 4! I've tried bumping up my cpu to 4.2 but it causes my of to crash after a period of time
