What to upgrade

I have £150 to spend on my current set up, I have looked at style (cases lighting ect) hardware but I cannot make up my mind what I should do. Any ideas what I should upgrade? I could stretch this budget as much as £350

Corsair H100i Water cooler
Gigabyte Z77-D3H MB
i5 3570K cpu
Samsung Evo 840 250gb SSD
2tb Seagate 7200rpm
HDD 8gb GSkrill ram (2100Mhz)

Asus 2K4K 27" monitor Corsair RM750 PSU
Windows 10
Corsair K70 cherry red mechanical keyboard
Mad Katz Rat5 mouse

Freesync monitor to go with that 290 ?

perhaps slap in another 8gb of ram and get yourself some nice headphones and or audio solution (amp/dac combo or soundcard)

That sounds like a good idea any suggestions, I did have a Asus Phoebus card but had to sell as the clearance between the GPU and Sound card was causing problems so it would have to be an external solution. Not really bothered about external speakers as I would use it when the misses is in bed.
