Hi,

I just bought some new (factory waxed) leather boots and some leather boot wax. What is the best thing to use to apply the wax and does it need to be buffed into the boot like black shoe polish on a shoe? I've read that some people use special brushes, toothbrushes, cloths and rags and curious to know what you use. :)

Thanks,
Jon

I've always just used a dry & clean dish cloth, along with a separate lint-free cloth to buff afterwards. The brushes above would work too.

This. I just use an old non-fluffy cloth to apply leder gris ;)
