What to use to make these cables neat and tidy?

Hi guys,

Not sure if this is general or Hi-Fi/AV as its general cable tidyness?!

I have recently wall mounted my surround speakers.

I want to have them running along the white picture rail to my AV receiver but i am unsure what to use to achieve a neat finish?

I was thinking about just using the little white cable clips with nails in them to hold them to the wall above the picture rail.

What other things could i use?

Those clips should do the trick.

Maybe those plastic covers over the top of the wires.

A double sided sticky tape will work. You can get really strong tape from DIY places and Screwfix.

haha...I know. But it will do the job and achieve a closer fit than conduit.

Use cable clips.

Have the cables follow the rails horizontally into the corners of the walls, then send them down the corner. Then paint the cables to match the walls.

Its going to go ALONG the picture rail to the AV receiver. So the white piece of wood that goes along the top of the room, the speaker cable will go across that and neatly down one corner, all at the same corner.
