What tool to remove kitchen tap?

The tools linked by DaveCater should do the trick with that type of tap, I had to remove ours and used the same sort of kit..

There's a grip wrench which supposedly works on them but, at least the one I had, was completely useless for the task.

Annoyingly the replacement didn't use the same method of fitment and needed a different tool (a big adjustable spanner) so if you're replacing the tap make sure it's the same type of fitment or you'll need another tool like I did.

we had similar and wife wanted the new taps from aldi(or lidl cant remember ) fitting, the new ones had a led at the end.... ended up taking the worksurface off the cupboards to fit the remove the old ones and fit new ones. well she who must be obeyed was happy.:)
