To me it looks like it could be mayhems X1 blue. Although, i think the X1 is slightly lighter. You will certainly get a very very similar colour by buying DI water and mayhems Deep blue 5ml dropper bottle.

That's around 15 drops of mayhems dye

Im already using mayhems x1 blue UV

, just add the dye then? this is working out well, saves buying whole new coolant and pipes
