what tubing would fit this cpu waterblock?

Most tubing sizes will fit. It says:
- Includes:
- 1/2" and 3/8" barb adaptors
So the setup you posted would be fine. Just use the included 1/2" barbs with that tubing

They are quite exensive as well!! I would suggest somthing like the Xigmatek fans, around £8 each and theyre very good and very popular. And theres Yate Loons for around £5, another popular choice
If I was you I'd go for some cheaper fans and then get somthing like a DDC Pro with res top. A much better pump to be honest. Or get it with a normal top if you really want a bay res. Its not as powerful as the Ultra, but its quite a bit quieter, quite a bit cheaper and should be fine for the loop you've listed

The Scyth s-flex are really good rad fans though they are expensive.

Around £12 each, but thats still £6 less than the ones he's listed 
But yea, S-Flex are indeed good fans if you dont mind spending a bit more
