Obviously applies to people suffering from painful arthritis. I've used them in the past and need some more because I've run out and my knee is very painful.

I use turmeric tablets from Holland and Barrett but I'm potentially after higher curcumin content and black pepper/Bioperine content to aid absorption.

Obviously I will research first but can anyone recommend any reliable brands?

I used to take it but found no benefit. But, i wouldnt mind trying it again, thus time with a recommended brand.

Thanks all. I'm thinking vit D would be useful too to aid my other injuries. I'll have a look at those.

Koolpc, turmeric tablets are the only thing I've found that ease it and I've tried all sorts of painkillers, both prescribed and non prescribed. My knee was too painful to sleep last night, took 2 turmeric tablets and it eased a lot. My broken bones and knee/hand/elbow etc get particularly bad in the cold.

Thanks for the answers.

Healthspan seems really good - lot in it. Thanks for that suggestion.
Nu U seems interesting too as it's 365 tablets. Good value for money.

For now I've gone with this one as I needed some instantly:

With the penny sale it was £22.00 for essentially 3month+ supply for now. I will certainly bear the suggestions made and I'll be looking out for vitamin D inserts.
