So we have a beehive in our loft it seems, and just trying to figure out what type it is and hoping it isn't a honeybee and I can just let them do there thing and disappear come winter.

But from what I can tell if they "are" honeybee they won't ever leave and I need to contact a local bee keeper to take proper care of them and move them to a better permanent home.

I tried to take some pictures of them on the flowers close, I believe these are the ones that are currently chilling in the loft.

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction to what they might be, Closest thing I could find was a Leafcutter Bee, but they seem to be "American" so not entirely sure.

I would leave them over the summer unless they are a nuisance, they will die off over winter and the queen will look to hibernate. Then you can block up the entrance to prevent a recurrence next year.
