It sounds like a standard electric with a chorus effect.

i would guess it's a fender/gibson or something like that but it is on an effect pedal or some sort of equipment to give the sound

It's an electric guitar with chorus... Any electric guitar can make pretty much any sound with the right pickup, pedals and amps

Sounds like chorus to me.

As to what type of guitar, it's hard to say since chorus is an effect it masks the true sound slightly. On instinct I'd say the guitar's got humbuckers and it's switched to the bridge position.
