What type of memory for an inspiron 1501?

My boss has asked me to upgrade the memory on his (my work) laptop.
You could write what I know about laptops on a postage stamp tbh!
Anyway,
Vista is somewhat sluggish with 1Mb that it currently has.

Had the rear end off this evening and it has 2 x 512mb cards
PC2 4200s 444-12-A3

Sticker underneath was a little more useful
B-DIMM DDR2

The processor is an AMD Semperon 3500+ (1.8Ghz)



What should I get for it that is compatible?
