What type of ram is it?

I have been wondering what type of ram I have in my pc and what the stepping is.

Is there anysoftware out there that will provide this info with out taking pc to bits?

Is the memory poor or is it decent stuff?

Frequency = 157.5mhz
FSB

RAM = CPU/14
CAS# Latency = 2.5 clocks
RAS# to CAS# Delay = 3 clocks
RAS# percentage = 3 clocks
Cycle Time (Tras) = 8 clocks
Bank Cycle time (trc) = 11 clocks
DRAM idel Timer = 16 clocks

if poor memory whould you recomend some better stuff to suit my pc speck below.

Hmmm - well I'm wondering why your RAM is running at only 157mhz.

What does it say under the SPD tab?

Basically bog standard RAM but from a reputable manufacturer.

Went in to bios and turned up from what it said was 166 to 200mhz. also turned up CPU another 15mhz so 11x215mhz.

I have no idea how to make it any faster other then just keep turning up the 215mhz cpu speed. But I know that this can make pc crash so going to leave alone unless can just make a couple of fine tweaks to improve.
